This policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the 'Policy') Individual Entrepreneur Kuznetsova Inna Leonidovna, OGRNIP: 317 502 900 054 210, INN: 502 938 156 208, (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) establishes the scope, goals and methods of processing personal data of individuals who are not employees of the Administration, and is published in the public domain on the website www.innate.store (hereinafter referred to as the Site) in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation 'On Personal Data' No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006.

1. Legal grounds for processing personal data
The legal grounds for the processing of personal data are: Art. 6 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation 'On Personal Data', consent of the subject of personal data.

The purposes of processing personal data are: providing the user with information about the Administration, including the terms of concluding contracts, services provided, analyzing the quality of the service provided, improving the quality of service, marketing campaigns, exchanging messages with users, execution of the contract, provision of services, accounting for services provided, work with complaints and claims.

4. Scope of personal data processed
The administration processes the following personal data of individuals who are not its employees:
  • Last name, first name;
  • E-mail address;
  • Links to profiles on social networks;
  • Phone number;
  • Address, including country of residence and city;
  • Payment information (bank account details).
The site uses technology for processing cookies (cookies) — these are small text files into which the browser records data from sites visited by the user. This data is used to collect information about the actions of visitors on the site, to improve the quality of its content and capabilities. The data provided by the user is processed until the Administration is liquidated.

7. Rights of the subject of personal data
The subject of personal data has the right to send a written request to the Administration to receive information regarding the processing of his personal data in accordance with the requirements of Article 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation 'On Personal Data'. 8. Protection of personal data
The administration takes measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of the obligations provided for by the Federal Law 'On Personal Data' and the regulatory legal acts adopted in accordance with it. The administration independently determines the composition and list of measures necessary and sufficient to ensure the fulfillment of such duties, in particular:
a) a person responsible for organizing the processing of personal data has been appointed;
b) local acts on the processing and protection of personal data have been developed and approved;
c) legal, organizational and technical measures are applied to ensure the security of personal data:
— threats to the security of personal data during their processing in personal data information systems have been identified;
— rules for access to data processed in the personal data information system are established, and registration and accounting of all actions performed with personal data in the personal data information system are ensured;
d) control is exercised over the measures taken to ensure the security of personal data and the level of security of personal data information systems;
e) an assessment is made of the harm that may be caused to the subject of personal data in the event of a violation of the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the relationship between this harm and the measures taken by the Administration aimed at ensuring the fulfillment of the obligations provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation;
f) conditions are observed that exclude unauthorized access to tangible media of personal data and ensure the safety of personal data;
g) Administration employees directly involved in the processing of personal data are familiar with the provisions of the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data, including the requirements for the protection of personal data, local acts on the processing and protection of personal data. In order to ensure the confidentiality of information and the protection of personal data, the Administration maintains an appropriate IT environment and takes all measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access to personal data.
