You can exchange or return the purchased product within 7 calendar days after receipt by contacting our email customer@innate.store.

You must indicate the order number in the subject line of the letter and describe the reason for the return in the letter itself. The product must retain its presentation, factory labels and hygiene stickers.

In case of returning the goods, payment of the delivery amount is at the expense of the client:

1. In Moscow and St. Petersburg, the goods are returned to the courier and a delivery fee of 700 rubles is paid.
2. In other cities of Russia and CIS countries, returns are carried out at the rates of the CDEK delivery service partner.

After receiving and confirming your return, as well as in the absence of violations of the aforementioned conditions, the funds will be returned to you within a period of 3 to 21 banking days.
